Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Appeals may be taken from the decision of the court of common pleas to the court of appeals in proceedings under section 4957.31 of the Revised Code, as in civil actions. The decision of that court shall be final and conclusive. In both the court of common pleas and court of appeals, proceedings brought under this section and section 4957.31 of the Revised Code shall be advanced over other civil causes.
