Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 361 - 100th General Assembly Every railroad company, public or private corporation, or person building, or permitting to be built, any bridge, viaduct, overhead roadway, footbridge, wire, and other structure mentioned in sections 4957.35 and 4957.36 of the Revised Code shall, before proceeding, file with the public utilities commission, plans and specifications for, and have its permit for, the erection of such structure or wire.
