Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When a terminus named in the articles of incorporation of a railroad company is a county upon the line or boundary of the state, the president and board of directors of the company, upon the location of the railroad in that county, shall make and acknowledge a certificate definitely fixing the location in such county and file it with the secretary of state.
