Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When a company no longer requires the services of a policeman appointed as provided in section 4973.17 of the Revised code, it may file in the office of the secretary of state a notice to that effect signed by its authorized officer, which notice shall be noted by the secretary of state upon the margin of the record where the commission is recorded, and thereupon the power of such policeman shall cease. No charge shall be made by the secretary of state for the filing of such notice.
