Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 4973.12 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned not less than ten nor more than thirty days.(B) Whoever violates section 4973.26 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than five nor more than twenty-five dollars.
