Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No agent of a railroad company shall knowingly divert or permit freight under his control to be diverted from the railroads over which it is ordered to be conveyed by the shipper of such freight. Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
