Effective: September 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly When a boundary line between townships is in dispute, the board of county commissioners, upon application of the board of township trustees of one of such townships, and upon notice in writing to the board of township trustees of such civil township, and on thirty days' public notice printed in a newspaper of general circulation within the county, shall establish such boundary line and make a record thereof as provided by section 503.04 of the Revised Code.
