Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The county treasurer of a county collecting a tax as provided by sections 503.18 and 503.19 of the Revised Code, on demand, shall pay to the board of township trustees of the township, after each semiannual settlement, all moneys that have been collected for such township, and such treasurer shall be entitled to the same fees, and subject to the same liabilities, for duties performed under sections 503.17 to 503.21, inclusive, of the Revised Code, as in other cases.
