Effective: December 20, 2005 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 107 - 126th General Assembly If a person elected or appointed to a township office takes the oath of office required by section 503.25 of the Revised Code before an officer other than the township fiscal officer, the officer before whom it is taken shall immediately deposit with the fiscal officer a certificate of the oath. The fiscal officer shall make a record of all official oaths.
