Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly Immediately after the expiration of the period of publication of summaries of resolutions required by section 504.122 of the Revised Code, the fiscal officer of the township shall enter on the record of resolutions, in a blank to be left for such purpose under the recorded resolution, a certificate stating in which newspaper and on what dates such publication was made, and shall sign the fiscal officer's name thereto officially.
