Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The board of township trustees, at any election or township meeting may cause any disorderly person to be removed from such place of election or meeting, and, if necessary, to be confined until the close of the election or meeting. Constables shall obey the orders and directions of the board for the purpose of preserving order at such election or meeting.
