Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When a township has been divided into two or more parts, subsequent to the original issue of bonds in aid of or for purposes of public improvement, the authorities of the parts so constituted, jointly, may issue new bonds for the amount of such original issue becoming due.
