Effective: December 10, 1971 Latest Legislation: House Bill 584 - 109th General Assembly Before entering upon the duties of his office, the clerk of the board of fire district trustees shall execute a bond, in the amount and with surety to be approved by the board of fire district trustees, payable to the state, conditioned for the faithful performance of all the official duties required of him. Such bond shall be deposited with the presiding officer of the board, and a copy thereof, certified by him, shall be filed with the county auditor.
