Effective: March 31, 2003 Latest Legislation: House Bill 513 - 124th General Assembly Pursuant to Chapter 133. of the Revised Code, the board of trustees of a fire district organized under division (C) of section 505.37 of the Revised Code may issue bonds for the purpose of acquiring fire-fighting equipment, buildings, and sites for the district or for the purpose of constructing or improving buildings to house fire-fighting equipment.
