Effective: September 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly A township or municipal corporation, or parts thereof, may join an existing joint police district by the adoption of a resolution by the township or of an ordinance by the municipal corporation requesting participation in the district and upon approval of the existing joint police district board.
