Effective: September 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly For the purpose of investigating charges filed pursuant to section 505.491 of the Revised Code, the board of township trustees or joint police district board may issue subpoenas or compulsory process to compel the attendance of persons and the production of books and papers before it and provide by resolution for exercising and enforcing this section.
