Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly On or before the fifteenth day of February and August in each year, each township which receives money as taxes levied and collected for joint cemetery purposes shall pay all such funds to the managing trustee of the joint township cemetery board of directors having charge of such cemetery, and shall accept from the treasurer of such board his receipt for the funds.
