Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly There shall be provided in a memorial building, erected under sections 511.08 to 511.17, inclusive, of the Revised Code, suitable apartments, of sufficient dimensions, to commemorate the soldiers, sailors, and marines of the township who lost their lives while in the service of the United States, and the names of such soldiers, sailors, and marines shall be inscribed on suitable tablets in the building or on the monument, statue, or memorial so erected.
