Effective: December 20, 2005 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 107 - 126th General Assembly Upon the filing of the report of the board of park commissioners as provided by section 511.20 of the Revised Code, the board of township trustees shall direct the township fiscal officer to give thirty days' notice, by posting in five public places in the township and by publication in one or more newspapers of general circulation in the township, that an election will be held at the next general election to determine whether one or more public parks are to be established within the township, and the estimated cost of the land recommended for that purpose.
