Effective: December 20, 2005 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 107 - 126th General Assembly When the owners of more than one-half of the feet front of the lots and lands abutting on the streets and public ways of any unincorporated district in a township sign a petition for artificial lighting of the streets and public ways in the district and file it with the township fiscal officer, the fiscal officer shall give to the board of township trustees a notice of the filing of the petition and a copy of it.
