Effective: November 24, 1995 Latest Legislation: House Bill 328 - 121st General Assembly If a municipal corporation fails to remove a cemetery as provided by section 517.28 of the Revised Code for a period of six months after the removal has been ordered by the probate court, the court shall order the premises sold as upon execution. The sale or other transfer shall not operate to give a purchaser possession until the remains interred in that cemetery have been removed as provided by section 759.07 of the Revised Code.
