Effective: March 22, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 500 - 132nd General Assembly A board of township trustees may erect a suitable monument to commemorate the members of the armed forces who died in the service of the United States or of this state. The board, by a majority vote, may appropriate and expend not more than fifty thousand dollars from township funds for the purpose of erecting the monument, according to plans and specifications furnished or approved by the board.
