Effective: July 1, 2000 Latest Legislation: House Bill 470 - 123rd General Assembly If the director of job and family services determines that a position with the department of job and family services can best be filled in accordance with division (A)(2) of section 124.30 of the Revised Code or without regard to a residency requirement established by a rule adopted by the director of administrative services, the director of job and family services shall provide the director of administrative services certification of the determination.
