Effective: September 29, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the human services projects fund. The fund may consist of intrastate agency transfers, nonfederal grants, and other similar revenue sources. The department of job and family services shall use the fund to support program and administrative expenses related to the implementation of human services initiatives within the department.
