Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly If the department of job and family services receives money from a refund or reconciliation related to the medicaid program, the department shall transfer the money to the department of medicaid for deposit into the refunds and reconciliation fund created under section 5162.65 of the Revised Code.
