Effective: January 1, 2025 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly Notwithstanding section 5101.141 of the Revised Code and any rules adopted thereunder, the department of children and youth shall pay the full nonfederal share of payments made pursuant to section 5101.1411 of the Revised Code.
