Effective: December 31, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly In determining the need of any person under Chapter 5107. of the Revised Code, the first eighty-five dollars plus one-half of the excess over eighty-five dollars of payments made to or in behalf of any person for or with respect to any month under Title I or II of the 'Economic Opportunity Act of 1964,' 78 Stat. 508, 42 U.S.C.A. 2701, as amended, shall not be regarded as income or resources. No payments made under such titles shall be regarded as income or resources of another individual except to the extent that they are made available to the other individual. No grant made to any family under Title III of such act shall be regarded as income or resources in determining the need of any member of such family under Chapter 5107. of the Revised Code.
