Effective: September 29, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly The department of job and family services shall publish in a manner accessible to the public all of the following that concern family services duties for which grants included in grant agreements entered into under section 5101.21 of the Revised Code are awarded: state plans for receipt of federal financial participation, agreements between the department and a federal agency, and executive orders issued by the governor. The department may publish the materials electronically or otherwise.
