Effective: September 26, 2003 Latest Legislation: House Bill 95 - 125th General Assembly The director of job and family services may adopt rules in accordance with section 111.15 of the Revised Code to implement sections 5101.22 to 5101.222 of the Revised Code. If the director adopts the rules, the director shall adopt the rules as if they were internal management rules.
