Effective: September 29, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly The department of job and family services may certify a claim to the attorney general under section 131.02 of the Revised Code for the attorney general to take action under that section against a responsible county grantee or responsible entity to recover any funds that the department determines the responsible county grantee or responsible entity owes the department for actions taken under division (C)(2), (3), (4), or (5) of section 5101.24 or 5101.241 of the Revised Code.
