Effective: January 1, 2025 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly (A) The department of job and family services and the department of children and youth shall work with the superintendent of the bureau of criminal identification and investigation to develop procedures and formats necessary to produce the notices described in division (D) of section 109.5721 of the Revised Code in a format that is acceptable for use by the applicable department. Each department may adopt rules in accordance with section 111.15 of the Revised Code, as if they were internal management rules, necessary for such collaboration. (B) The department of job and family services and department of children and youth may adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code necessary for utilizing the information received pursuant to section 109.5721 of the Revised Code.
