Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly The department of job and family services shall administer funds received under the 'Refugee Act of 1980,' 94 Stat. 102, 8 U.S.C.A. 1521, as amended. In administering the funds, the department may establish a refugee cash assistance program and a state legalization impact assistance program. The director of job and family services may adopt rules in accordance with section 111.15 of the Revised Code and issue appropriate orders as necessary for administration of these funds and programs.
