Effective: October 16, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 128th General Assembly The supplemental nutrition assistance program fund is hereby created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of federal reimbursement for supplemental nutrition assistance program administrative expenses and other supplemental nutrition assistance program expenses. The department of job and family services shall use the money credited to the fund to pay for supplemental nutrition assistance program administrative expenses and other supplemental nutrition assistance program expenses.
