Effective: September 29, 2018 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly Each entity that employs or is responsible for licensing or regulating the individuals required under section 5101.63 of the Revised Code to make reports of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of adults shall ensure that the individuals have access to the educational materials developed under division (B) of section 5101.62 of the Revised Code.
