Effective: March 20, 2019 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 158 - 132nd General Assembly The county department of job and family services may enter into an agreement or contract with any private or government entity to perform the following duties:(A) In accordance with division (G) of section 5101.63 of the Revised Code, receive reports made under that section;(B) Perform the county department's duties under section 5101.65 of the Revised Code;(C) Petition the court pursuant to section 5101.68 or 5101.70 of the Revised Code for an order authorizing the provision of protective services.
