Effective: September 29, 2018 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly Any person who requests or consents to receive protective services shall receive such services only after an investigation and determination of a need for protective services. The investigation shall be performed in the same manner as the investigation of a report pursuant to section 5101.65 of the Revised Code. If the person withdraws consent, the protective services shall be terminated.
