Effective: January 1, 2025 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly Kinship support program payments under section 5101.884 of the Revised Code shall be ten dollars and twenty cents per child, per day, to the extent funds are available. The department of children and youth shall increase the payment amount on January 1, 2022, and on the first day of each January thereafter by the cost-of-living adjustment made in the immediately preceding December.
