Effective: December 29, 2020 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 310 - 133rd General Assembly A kinship caregiver, on obtaining foster home certification under section 5103.03 of the Revised Code, shall receive foster care maintenance payments equal to the custodial agency rate as determined by the certifying agency, which is either the custodial agency, private child placing agency, or private non-custodial agency.
