Effective: May 30, 2022 Latest Legislation: House Bill 4 - 134th General Assembly As used in sections 5101.89 to 5101.899 of the Revised Code: (A) 'Youth' means a person who is any of the following: (1) Less than eighteen years of age; (2) An emancipated young adult; (3) Is in the temporary or permanent custody of a public children services agency, a planned permanent living arrangement, or in the Title-IV-E-eligible care and placement responsibility of a juvenile court or other governmental agency that provides Title IV-E reimbursable placement services.
