Effective: January 22, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 8 - 133rd General Assembly A public children services agency, private child placing agency, or private noncustodial agency acting as a recommending agency for a foster caregiver shall develop and implement a written needs assessment and continuing training plan for the foster caregiver in accordance with rules adopted under section 5103.0316 of the Revised Code.
