Effective: September 18, 1996 Latest Legislation: House Bill 419 - 121st General Assembly (A)(1) A juvenile court shall conduct a review hearing of an agreement the court approves under division (B)(1) of section 5103.15 of the Revised Code once every seven months after the agreement is entered into if a final decree or interlocutory order of adoption for the child who is the subject of the agreement has not been issued or become final and the agreement is still in effect.(2) A juvenile court shall conduct a review hearing of an agreement entered into under division (B)(2) of section 5103.15 of the Revised Code once every six months after the court is notified of the agreement if the agreement is still in effect and the court has not been notified that the child who is the subject of the agreement has been placed for adoption. The private child placing agency that entered into the agreement shall file a case plan, prepared pursuant to section 2151.412 of the Revised Code, with the court at the review hearing.(B) A juvenile court shall give notice of a review hearing under division (A) of this section to each interested party.
