Effective: May 14, 2008 Latest Legislation: House Bill 214 - 127th General Assembly Financial responsibility for any child placed pursuant to the provisions of the interstate compact on the placement of children shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Article V of section 5103.23 of the Revised Code. However, in the event of parental or complete default of performance thereunder, the provisions of laws fixing responsibility for the support of children also may be invoked.
