Effective: January 1, 2025 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly A private, nonprofit therapeutic wilderness camp shall not operate without a license issued under section 5103.50 of the Revised Code. If the director of children and youth determines that a camp is operating without a license, the director may petition the court of common pleas in the county in which the camp is located for an order enjoining its operation.
