Effective: January 1, 2025 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The director of children and youth may suspend or revoke a residential infant care center's certificate pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code if the center violates or fails to comply with any of the requirements under sections 5103.608 to 5103.6012 of the Revised Code and, as applicable, the rules adopted under section 5103.6018 of the Revised Code or division (H) of section 5103.13 of the Revised Code.
