Effective: January 1, 2025 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly A person who holds an active license to operate a children's crisis care facility under section 5103.13 of the Revised Code or a residential infant care center under section 5103.602 of the Revised Code may apply to the director of children and youth to obtain a certificate as a family preservation center under this section.
