Effective: January 1, 2014 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 316 - 129th General Assembly To the extent that any rules adopted for the purposes of this chapter require a health care professional to perform a physical examination, the rules shall include as a health care professional a physician assistant, a clinical nurse specialist, a certified nurse practitioner, or a certified nurse-midwife.
