Effective: January 1, 2025 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The department of children and youth shall prepare a guide describing the state statutes and rules governing the licensure of type B family child care homes. The department may publish the guide electronically or otherwise and shall do so in a manner that the guide is accessible to the public, including type B home providers.
