Effective: January 1, 2025 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly All materials that are supplied by the department of children and youth to type A family child care home providers, type B family child care home providers, in-home aides, persons seeking to be type A family child care home providers, type B family child care home providers, or in-home aides, and caretaker parents shall be written at no higher than the sixth grade reading level.
