Effective: May 18, 2005 Latest Legislation: House Bill 11 - 125th General Assembly A county department of job and family services shall not be held responsible for implementing any rule adopted under this chapter regarding publicly funded child care until the later of thirty days after the effective date of the rule or thirty days after the county department receives notice of the rule if such notification is required under this chapter.
