Effective: September 29, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 283 - 123rd General Assembly Service as an Ohio works first ombudsperson pursuant to section 329.07 of the Revised Code may be an assignment under the work experience program or a work activity established under section 5107.60 of the Revised Code to which a participant of Ohio works first is assigned under section 5107.42 of the Revised Code.
